  1. On any gift box page, select "Send to multiple recipients" to open the recipient form.
  2. On the "Enter recipients" tab, add each person's name, address, number of boxes and, for chocolate pretzel boxes, flavor.
  3. Add an optional free gift label and message, attached to every gift box in your order.
  4. Add the boxes to your cart: each recipient appears as a separate line. Check out once, and each recipient's boxes ship by FedEx Ground.

Best for larger lists: up to 498 recipient lines per spreadsheet, prepared for you by our corporate gifting team.

  1. On the page of the gift box you're sending, select "Send to multiple recipients" and open "Upload a spreadsheet".
  2. Download the CSV template, add one row per recipient and save it as a CSV file.
  3. Upload the file and fix any rows the form flags. Then add your contact details and send the request.
  4. Our corporate gifting team contacts you within 2 business days and sends the order for payment. Once paid, each recipient's boxes ship by FedEx Ground.

Bulk Gift Shipping Spreadsheet Template

The Utz recipient spreadsheet is a CSV template with one row per recipient; a recipient name, Address 1, City, State and ZIP are required. Up to 50 boxes go to your cart; larger lists go to our corporate gifting team.

How to fill it in

  1. Download the CSV template and open it in Excel or Google Sheets.
  2. Keep the first row as the column headings. Add one row per recipient, following the column guide below.
  3. Save the file as CSV. In Excel, use File > Save As > CSV. In Google Sheets, use File > Download > CSV.
  4. On the page of the gift box you're sending, select "Send to multiple recipients", open "Upload a spreadsheet" and upload the file. Up to 50 boxes go to your cart; for more, send the request to our team.
  • The row starting with EXAMPLE is skipped, so you can leave it in. Don't start a real recipient's row with that word.
  • Each spreadsheet is for one gift box. Sending two different boxes? Upload a separate spreadsheet on each box's page.
  • The form lists any problem rows, like a PO box or a missing ZIP, before anything is added, so you can fix them first.
